Social Impact

We place people at the centre of the process. We acquire a deep understanding of user needs through empathy and we seek out experiences that make people’s lives safer, simpler and better.

Environmental Impact

Manufacturing and product production affects the environment through natural resource depletion (water, air, energy, materials and the reduction of biodiversity) and through pollution of the environment whether during production, in product use or after disposal. We care about our environment and recognise we are responsible to make wise decisions for our planet and future generations. We continually ask questions like: What further steps can be made to be more responsible and more sustainable? How can we create a circular economy for everyone?

Emotional Impact

We create positive associations for user-interactions in design. Understanding the natural instinct for a customer we use strategies like intuitive psychology, tactile experience and colour psychology. The goal is to always create a positive association with the product.

Commercial Impact

Every company has their own unique objectives, goals and aspirations, as well as a unique starting point from which they’re building. We understand the important of business profitability and how to achieve manufacturing target costs and sourcing solutions.
